There is literally no one who would like to have a life without peace and happiness. Still, as mall pain in the body is enough to beat all the joy. Even though, diseases like cancer can create a huge pain, the unexpected musculoskeletal pain are the most unbearable one.

Causes of pain
Pain that affects the muscles, bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, etc. in the body are referred to as musculoskeletal pain. Injuries due to accidents or falls, micro trauma of ligaments or tendons, Instability of the joints, etc. are the causes of this pain.
Poor posture during sitting or lying down can trigger pain throughout the body, affecting your neck, back, core, chest, arms, and legs. The repetitive nature of certain activities can also lead to discomfort.
Another cause of pain is the lack of physical activity and Sedentary lifestyle. Unusual heavy workouts and excessive weight training in the wrong way can call for pain.
Different ways to relieve pain :
From medicines to physiotherapy there are many ways to relieve musculoskeletal pain. Ointments, sprays, Analgesics & Injections, Sedatives, Acupuncture, Massaging etc are the most commonly used treatments.
Out of these, the most seen is the use of painkillers. Patients are given analgesics in the form of tablet or injections, the usage of these medicines has more cons than pros in the long run. The uncontrolled use of drugs can lead to stomach-related difficulties such as gastritis, diarrhoea, abdominal pain, constipation, vomiting, heartburn, kidney failure, and even heart disease asper studies. Therefore, such medicines should only be used as per the Medical Advice.
Solution through physiotherapy
Even though medicines, ointments and sprays can relieve pain but it is temporary. Finding out the main cause of the pain and treating it accordingly can relieve the pain completely. The best scientific way is physiotherapy.
Physiotherapy can cure most of the pain & Dysfunctions without the use of medicines and this is its main highlight.

Manual therapy is a physiotherapy treatment method to reduce pain and improve the mobility of the joints, soft tissues, and nerves. Small steps can lead to big changes. Lack of physical activity or inactive lifestyle, Poor Posture , heavy workload, Physical & Mental Stress,sleeplessness etc. are the main disorders in lifestyle which is also the cause of body aches.
Timely workouts and engaging in physical activity can help in preventing body aches. Make workout a part of your daily routine, and make sure to spend atleast 30 minutes to 1 hour. Try to Avoid junk food and unhealthy food patterns. Get at least 8 hours of sleep per day. Learn to Manage Mental stress &improve Emotional Stability. Following all these can improve the quality of your Life.
