Aster Medcity Launches MRCOG Postgraduate Training Programme

Aster Medcity launched its MRCOG Postgraduate Training Programme, setting the stage for a new batch of professionals in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Ranee Thakar, President of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) inaugurated the programme.

Symphony 3.0, a Continuing Medical Education (CME) programme on Obstetrics and Gynecology was also held as part of the launch. A comprehensive panel discussion addressed topics, including the management of OASI, PCOS, Maternal Medicine, and AUB.

The attendees included : Farhaan Yasin, Vice President, Aster India, Dr. Geetha Philips, Director Academic Affairs & Lead Consultant, Internal Medicine, Aster Medcity-Kochi, Dr. Mayadevi Kurup, Senior Consultant – Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Aster Medcity-Kochi, Dr. Usha B Nair, International Facilitator, Dr. Uma Ram, All India Chair, AICC RCOG, Dr. Gracy Thomas, President, Cochin O & G Society, Dr. Ajith S, President, RCOG Kerala Chapter and Dr. Zareena Khalid, Lead Consultant, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Aster Medcity-Kochi.

Following the sessions, attendees had a serene houseboat ride at Aster Medcity.
