KV Paradise is situated at a hilltop in Durtlang Hills near Aizawl city. It was built in the memory of Mrs. Rosangpui Varte who died in a tragic road accident in 2001. The monument was completed around the year 2006. K V Paradise is also considered as Taj Mahal of Mizoram and it symbolizes love as well.

The monument is a two-storey structure where the ground floor contains the erected memorial along with a huge painting of Mrs. Varte and the upper floor contains a gallery where accessories of Mrs. Varte like her footwear, dresses and photographs depicting various phases for her life are kept.
