Charalkunnu is a popular hill station in Thiruvalla Taluk, Pathanamthitta District of Kerala, India. The Pampa River flows in the low-lying areas. Pathanamthitta, the district headquarters. Kozhencherry is located 5 km away. It is around 10 km from Ranni and around 20 km from Tiruvalla.

This hill station has a host of trekking trails and a variety of picturesque picnic spots to soak in the view. People can easily find comfortable lodging at the camp house. The area around the place is tailor-made for peaceful and relaxing walks in the arms of nature.

Here, the tourists can enjoy the beauty of this mesmerizing place, get peace in the secluded environment, enjoy the stay in the camp house, and explore the nearby tourist destinations such as Kumbhavuruthy waterfall, Perunthenaruvi waterfall, etc.

Charalkunnu welcomes the tourists all round the year but the best time to visit this place is just after the monsoon season i.e. from October to May.
